Her passion for strategic problem-solving led her to the University of Oxford, where she expanded her expertise in environmental science, graduating as a top-ranking water chemist—bridging scientific analysis with real-world business applications.
Determined to operate at the highest levels of influence, Nora earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating at the top of her class. Now a licensed attorney in the state of Michigan, she focuses exclusively on corporate business law and complex real estate closings. Her ability to structure sophisticated deals, navigate regulatory frameworks, and mitigate legal risk makes her an invaluable asset to entrepreneurs, investors, and corporations alike.
While not formally affiliated with the SBA, Nora is a recognized authority in structuring transactions involving SBA-backed financing. Beyond finance, Ranna has dedicated 22 years to building and guiding educational and nonprofit initiatives across borders.
