At Coordinated Closings & Co, we believe that every individual, regardless of ability, should have equal access to our services, website, and physical locations. As a small business, we are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment and continually working toward improved accessibility within the reasonable scope of our resources.

Digital Accessibility

We are actively working to ensure that our website is accessible and user-friendly for people with disabilities. However, due to limited technical resources, certain accessibility features may still be in development.

Current Efforts Include:

• Using high-contrast text and readable fonts for easier visibility.

• Implementing descriptive alternative text for critical images.

• Providing downloadable versions of key documents in accessible formats (PDF, Word upon request).

• Ensuring primary website navigation is functional via keyboard controls.

• Regularly reviewing content for readability and simplicity.

Limitations:
While we strive to meet WCAG standards, our small team may experience delays in addressing complex accessibility challenges. Some third-party integrations, platforms, or embedded content may not fully comply with accessibility standards beyond our control.

 

Physical Accessibility

Our office, located at 2439 Willow Beach St, Keego Harbor, MI 48320, has the following accessibility accommodations:

• Ground-level entry for easier access.

• Designated client parking nearby.

Limitations:
As a small office, we currently do not have automatic door openers or fully ADA-compliant restroom facilities. We welcome advance notice for any accommodations you may require during an in-person visit so we can better assist you.
